A little bit of everything, hand harvested by our family throughout the 2025 season.

By weight, Southeast Sampler boxes contain: 

• 35% coho salmon (portions, 8 oz)
• 0% lingcod (portions, 8 oz) ***
• 25% rockfish fillets (full side fillets, ~ 1 lb each)
  
• 20% sablefish (portions, 8 oz)
• 20% spot prawns (1 lb packs)
• 0% king salmon (sold out for 2025)

Does not contain: burger, bits, or smoked fish.
