Refund policy

Unfortunately, since our products are perishable and food grade, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:

Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are broken seals, signs of thawing, or any other unacceptable signs of damage or mishandling. Please provide us with documentation (photo, video, etc) of damaged product. 

 

Exchanges
In the case of a damaged or mishandled product, you will keep the damaged product, and we will send you a new one if possible.

 

Refunds
In the event we cannot complete an exchange/replacement, we will refund the value of the damaged product to your original form of payment. 

 

We reserve the right to assess damage and product issues on a case-by-case basis, and to decline a refund/exchange if we believe customer negligence is the cause.
