By weight, Sablefish Boxes contain: 

90% - 95% 8 oz portions

5% - 10% - Bits

By receiving bits, you're helping ensure the whole fish is utilized. Thank you! 🌊

8 oz portions are packed skin on, and boneless. You'll receive a mixture of collar, center, and tail cuts. 

"Bits" packed skinless and boneless, in 1 lb packs. Bits are the small pieces left over after we package your 8 oz boneless portions -- they make a great stir fry, skewer, or salad topper. 

Does not contain: Sablefish tips or smoked sablefish.
