Rockfish Box contains: All rockfish! 

Sweet and firm, rockfish is a family favorite in tacos, ceviche, or straight out of the skillet. Hand harvested in June 2026, both from F/V Fairweather and in collaboration with Emerald Isle Seafoods. 

Rockfish boxes contain: 100% fillets. Skinless, boneless, and individually vacuum sealed. Ready to serve to your family.

Fillets are between 0.75 - 1.5 lbs per package - with some packages containing one larger fillet, and some containing multiple small fillets.
