8 oz portions are packed skin on, pin-bone in.

"Bits" packs are skin on, and typically boneless, 2-4 small pieces, totaling 8 oz per pack.

Burger is loose salmon meat, no additives or ingredients, in a 1 lb pack. Perfect for tacos or salmon patties!
