New this season! Harvested for Fairweather by F/V Emerald Isle in August 2026 - a collaboration with Len and Anita of Emerald Isle Seafoods. 

Halibut boxes contain: 100% portions. Skinless, boneless, and individually vacuum sealed. Ready to serve to your family.

Portions are about 8 oz per package. Some will be slightly larger, and some slightly smaller. 

Harvested by our Fairweather Friends, Len and Anita, in Kodiak, Alaska. This single-boat catch is handled with the same care and quality we bring to our own family's deck.
