As of 2025 we're eliminating salmon bits from our program! Ignore the bits in the image - instead, your order will contain a small amount of over/under 8 oz portions.

Mild and versatile in flavor, coho salmon is a weeknight favorite. Hand harvested by our family in July, August, and September 2025. 

By weight, Coho Salmon boxes contain: 

• 80% - 90% 8 oz portions
• 5% - 10% portions slightly larger than or smaller than 8 oz 
• 5% - 10% burger

By receiving some burger and over/under 8 oz portions, you're helping ensure the whole fish is utilized. Thank you! 🌊

8 oz portions are packed skin on, and boneless; you'll receive a mixture of collar, center, and tail cuts.

Over/Under 8 oz are just regular portions that aren't a perfect half pound! On the smallest end they'll be 6 oz, and on the largest end they'll be 11 oz. 

Burger is loose salmon meat, no additives or ingredients, in a 1 lb pack. Perfect for tacos or salmon patties.
