Coho Salmon Box

Coho Salmon Box contains: All coho salmon! 

Mild and versatile in flavor, coho salmon is a weeknight favorite. Hand harvested by our family in July, August, and September 2026. 

Coho Salmon boxes contain: 100% portions or fillets. Skin on, boneless, and individually vacuum sealed. Ready to serve to your family.

Portions are between 6oz - 11 oz, with the majority falling in the 8 oz range.* Your box will contain a mixture of collar, center, and tail cuts. We cannot accommodate specific cut requests. Thank you for helping us utilize the whole fish!

*The goal is for majority 8 oz portions, but since they're wild fish cut by humans, there will be variance! If you have a preference (i.e. "I'm a small eater, I prefer smaller pieces!") you are welcome to leave us a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate! 

Fillets are whole sides of fish, with a variant size. Average is 1.5 lbs, but can be as small as 1 lb, or as large as 2.5+ lbs.
