Try a little bit of everything we bring over the rail of F/V Fairweather!
Update 10/4: We are nearly sold out of lingcod, king salmon, and rockfish. Coho salmon, spot prawns, and sablefish are available for sale as separate boxes -- or feel free to send us an email and we'll get an order put together!
Boxes will be split (roughly) as follows:
- 20% coho salmon (portions, 8 oz)
- 15% lingcod (portions, 8 oz)
- 15% rockfish fillets (full side fillets, ~ 1 lb each)
- 15% king salmon (portions, 8 oz)
- 15% sablefish aka black cod (portions, 8 oz)
- 20% spot prawns (1 lb packs)
Ratios can be adjusted, if you'd like. Additional king, sablefish, or spot prawns will incur an extra charge (or less fish overall), or additional coho, lingcod, or rockfish will result in a credit (or additional fish overall). Just let us know via email, and are happy to work out the details with you.

10 lb box: $203.00 (or two payments of $101.50) | $20.30/lb
25 lb box: $484.87 (or two payments of 242.44) | $19.39/lb
50 lb box: $939.50 (or two payments of $469.75) | $18.79/lb
75 lb box: $1,363.87 (or two payments of $681.93) | $18.18/lb
100 lb box: $1,755.00 (or two payments of $877.50) | $17.55/lb
Available for pickup / shipment November 2024.
Pickup location will be selected at checkout. Choice of Boise, Nampa, Eagle, McCall, Council, Cascade, Hailey, and Twin Falls.
